Spot Coaching is $150.00 for a 1hr session and includes an email exchange of agreed upon agenda prior to the session.

Illness Fibermyalgia, bipolar, chronic fatique, MS, Arthritis etc
Group is based on reducing pain levels, inflammation, energy management & self care
